Job summary

Parapex Talent is seeking a senior professional to lead the civil, structural and architectural scope for a major Finnish data centre build. You will drive the project from detailed design through handover, coordinating with civils, MEP and commissioning teams to ensure rooms are ready for equipment energisation.

Qualifications

• Lead the CSA scope from excavation through to handover.
• Manage civils contractors against programme, quality, safety and cost.
• Challenge contractor methodology, sequencing and logistics before critical paths.
• Review RFIs, shop drawings and design changes, and make the client’s call on change and scope.
• Coordinate CSA interfaces with mechanical, electrical and commissioning teams so rooms are ready for equipment energisation.
• Run inspections and defect close-out, then hand the completed building over to operations.
