Job summary

g2 Recruitment is supporting a specialist contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland. We seek an experienced Construction Project Manager (CSA) to own the Civil, Structural & Architectural package from mobilisation to handover, coordinating budgets, schedules and stakeholders in a fast-paced international setting.

The successful candidate will manage interfaces between CSA and MEP, drive BIM coordination and ensure safety, quality and environmental standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction projects or major CSA work packages.
• Strong understanding of project planning, subcontractor management and construction sequencing.
• Experience managing budgets, cost forecasting and contractual correspondence.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Available to work on-site in Finland.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans and short-term programmes.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage interfaces between CSA and MEP disciplines.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, budgets and cost forecasts.
• Manage variations, scope changes and contractual documentation.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics and material readiness.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide reporting on commercial matters, risks and project performance.

Job description

We're supporting a specialist contractor delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Vaasa, Finland and are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (CSA) to join the team.

This role will take ownership of the Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) package from mobilisation through to handover. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing construction projects, budgets, programmes, subcontractors and client relationships, whilst ensuring safe, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced international environment.

We're particularly interested in professionals with experience on data centre, industrial, or other technically complex construction projects, ideally gained within Finland or the wider Nordic region. Experience working alongside international contractors and multidisciplinary delivery teams, together with exposure to BIM coordination and digital project management platforms, would be highly advantageous.
