ICDS (UK) Ltd is facilitating the appointment of a Construction Director to lead Finland operations on major projects. You will report to the MD, drive strategic execution, and oversee delivery, client relations and team leadership across the region.

The role requires senior construction leadership with a track record of delivering complex builds, preferably data centres, and strong commercial and operational acumen.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in construction at Project/Construction Director level.
• Proven delivery of large-scale, technical builds (preferably data centres).
• Strong commercial, strategic, and operational acumen.
• Scandinavian/European market knowledge is a plus but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Report to the MD and lead Finland operations for major projects.
• Oversee strategy, project delivery, client relationships, and team leadership.
• Drive performance, growth, and compliance across the region.
• Lead project phases from pre-construction to handover.
• Act as main liaison for clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously developing the business via diversification.
