Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for the Finance Reinvention Partner team in Stockholm and Helsinki. You will lead finance transformation programs for banks, insurers and pension providers, shaping AI-enabled finance platforms and data-driven strategies.

A strong consulting background and fluency in English and Swedish are essential. You will own client relationships at CFO/Controller level, originate new opportunities, and ensure successful delivery while coaching junior teammates

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
• 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of strategy, management consulting or industry experience related to CFO Agenda – e.g. finance transformation, finance operating model, enterprise performance management.
• Background from Big Four or similar strategy/management consultancy is advantageous, especially in finance/risk/FS practice.
• Understanding of Financial Services finance and regulatory landscape (IFRS 17, IFRS 9, Solvency II, Basel/CRR, DORA, EU AI Act) and how AI/data reshape finance functions.
• Proven track record leading teams and workstreams, managing senior client stakeholders, contributing to business development/sales.
• Experience across diverse projects and teams.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape Finance Reinvention strategies for Financial Services clients, including CFO-level relationships.
• Lead finance operating model and data/transformation initiatives for banks, insurers and pensions.
• Drive proposals, business development and delivery excellence with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues and help grow the practice.
• Collaborate on finance platform transformations (ERP/data) and AI-enabled core finance solutions.
