Titanicom Tech Limited is seeking an experienced Facility Expert to support mission‑critical infrastructure across international data center projects in Helsinki, Finland. Qualifications

• ≥5 years in facility operations or data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling, and low‑voltage systems.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English are mandatory for this position.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and risk control.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform 5×8 on-site operations and support emergency response outside working hours when required.
• Organize and manage infrastructure Operations & Maintenance teams and establish procedures for operations and emergencies.
• Monitor facility operations, maintain records, and submit reports on time.
• Respond to incidents per EOP standards, coordinate fault recovery, and perform RCA with corrective actions.
• Lead post-incident reviews and continuously improve operational procedures.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure infrastructure reliability.
• Develop and execute SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs for maintenance, change management and emergency response.
• Manage lifecycle of electrical, HVAC, cooling, low‑voltage and other critical facility systems.
• Drive infrastructure monitoring, safety, compliance, capacity management and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and technical projects to maintain high operational standards.

About the Role

TITANICOM is hiring an experienced Facility Expert to support mission‑critical infrastructure operations across international data center projects in Helsinki, Finland.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational stability, infrastructure reliability, emergency readiness, and continuous optimization of critical facility systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 5×8 on-site operations and support emergency response outside working hours when required.
• Organize and manage infrastructure O&M teams and establish operational and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor facility operations, maintain accurate operational records, and submit reports on time.
• Respond to incidents according to EOP standards, coordinate fault recovery, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
• Lead post-incident reviews and continuously improve operational procedures.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure infrastructure reliability.
• Independently develop and execute SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs for maintenance, change management, and emergency response.
• Manage the lifecycle of electrical, HVAC, cooling, low-voltage, and other critical facility systems.
• Drive infrastructure monitoring, safety, compliance, capacity management, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and technical projects to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Facility Operations, Critical Infrastructure, or Data Center environments.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical systems, UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems, and low‑voltage infrastructure.
• Relevant experience in one or more of the following industries:
• Data Centers / IDC
• Semiconductor / Chip Manufacturing
• Precision Manufacturing
• Pharmaceutical Facilities
• Battery Manufacturing
• Research / Laboratory Facilities
• Critical Industrial Infrastructure
• Familiarity with SOP / MOP / EOP, incident management, root cause analysis, and risk control.
• Experience in emergency response, operational readiness, and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Strong team leadership, project coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English are mandatory for this position.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese‑speaking technical teams and international stakeholders.
• Willingness to provide on‑site emergency response when required.
