Job summary

Patria is seeking a Quality Engineer for the F-35 Program to support the production team in Finland. You will act as the link between our production and the customer's quality team, while developing QA methods and ensuring rigorous quality standards.

The role suits both experienced QA professionals and engineering newcomers who bring attention to detail, Finnish language skills, and the ability to work in English documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality management/assurance.
• Ability to produce documents in English and work in English.
• Degree of B.Sc or M.Sc in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Detail-oriented personality.
• Strong IT skills including MFiles, PowerBI and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as contact person between production and customer quality teams.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance methods and tools.
• Participate as a quality representative in developing production processes, tools and methods.
• Train production staff for quality procedures and tools.
