Job summary

Crown is seeking an experienced Site Manager to supervise roofing, cladding, and façade projects across Ireland, Finland, and Germany. The role demands strong leadership, coordination of labour, materials, and safety compliance to meet programme targets and commercial objectives. Travel across European sites is expected.

You will lead site teams, liaise with clients and contractors, and maintain rigorous project records while upholding Crown's standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Construction-related qualification; Construction Science or Engineering preferred.
• Experience as Site Manager or equivalent in roofing, cladding, or façade projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with cost and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations on multiple projects (Ireland, Finland, Germany).
• Ensure labour resources meet health & safety requirements.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials per programme and budget.
• Ensure plant/equipment are compliant with safety regs and fit for purpose.
• Deliver works per drawings, specs, and contract requirements.
• Maintain site QA procedures including ITPs.
