Job summary

Ardmac is recruiting Construction Managers to oversee planning, programming and execution of complex projects across the EU, including Finland. You will drive delivery to time, budget and quality, coordinating pre- and post-contract activities and ensuring rigorous safety standards.

We value strong leadership, negotiation and communication, with a background in fit-out/interiors for industrial schemes such as pharma or data centres. A degree in a related field and PMP/ CCM are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience in planning, programming and executing construction projects.
• Background in fit-out/interiors projects, pharma or data centres preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, contract law, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into estimates and tenders; plan and programme work efficiently.
• Adhere to safety principles and ensure contracts are properly planned and programmed.
• Develop contract programs with the Site Manager; ensure resources and timing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures across projects.
