Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading complex construction projects from pre- to post-contract.
• Strong financial acumen and risk management skills.

• Plan, programme, and track progress; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Chair contract reviews and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
