Job summary

NTU International is preparing a proposal to support the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme. We seek a Non-Key Expert – EU-Africa Space Policy & Institutional Expert to bolster policy dialogue, institutional cooperation, programme governance and coordination among European and African space stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree, 8+ years in international cooperation or policy advisory, and 4+ years on EU/AU policy frameworks, with knowledge of AfSA, AUC/RECs and space

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in international relations, public policy, law, political science, space policy or related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• French and/or Portuguese language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support policy dialogue and institutional cooperation between European and African stakeholders in the space sector.
• Assist in programme governance and coordination across EU and AU policy frameworks.
