Job summary

ICEYE is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder satellite mission programs with a focus on ESA/EU-funded initiatives. You will orchestrate bid shaping, contract execution, and delivery across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.

You will build trusted relationships with ESA, EU bodies, and European partners while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and scalable execution. EU residence and relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• The role requires 5–10 years delivering complex programs in advanced tech environments.
• Direct experience with ESA/EU-funded programmes and ECSS/PSS standards.
• Strong customer-facing skills with senior stakeholders and partners.
• End-to-end program management across scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and bid/proposal experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving in uncertain environments.
• Degree in business, engineering, or related field. EU residence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end space mission programs from bid through delivery.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.
• Engage ESA/EU and national agencies; manage key stakeholders.
• Shape competitive bids and ensure contractual delivery commitments.
