Sofigate is seeking ERP Project and Program Managers who can speak both IT and business. You will lead or contribute to ERP transformations across industries, driving programmes and delivering measurable business value.

We value experience in ERP transformations and strong collaboration across business, IT, and partners, including change management and AI-enabled ways of working. Preferred location is the Helsinki area; roles are permanent and full-time.

We are looking for ERP Project and Program Managers who can speak both IT and business.

Sofigate is growing, and we are looking for experienced ERP Transformation professionals to join our Business & Technology Transformation business stream.

You will work in customer-facing ERP transformations across industries leading programmes or workstreams, providing specialist expertise, and helping customers turn technology investments into measurable business value.

What you will do

Depending on your role and expertise, you will:

• Lead or contribute to business-critical ERP transformations, projects and programmes
• Turn customer objectives into concrete actions, deliverables and business outcomes
• Bring together business, IT and partner ecosystems to drive transformation forward
• Manage or contribute to scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets and quality
• Simplify business processes, solve complex challenges and use AI-supported ways of working to enhance delivery
