Job summary

Oy Levi Ski Resort Ltd etsii motivoitunutta Välinehuoltajaa Leviin talvikaudelle 2026–2027. Tehtävässä huolletaan suksia, lumilautoja ja maastohiihtovälineitä, palvellaan asiakkaita ja huolehditaan vuokraustoiminnan sujumista. Työskentely tiiviissä tiimissä, käytetään huipputason huoltolaitteita, ja mahdollistetaan kehittyminen kilpahiihtovälineiden huolossa.

Qualifications

• Ski-/talviurheiluvälineiden huoltoon liittyvä kokemus
• Suomen- ja englanninkielen sujuva viestintä
• Asiakaspalveluhenkinen työskentelytapa
• Kyky työskennellä sesonkitöissä, ilta- ja viikonloppuvuorossa

Responsibilities

• Huoltaa ja korjata suksia, lumilautoja sekä maastohiihtovarusteita
• Vastaanottaa ja valmistella varusteita käyttöä varten
• Toimia asiakaspalvelussa ja vuokraustoiminnassa
• Seurata varusteiden kuntoa ja inventaariota
• Työskennellä osana Gear Maintenance- ja vuokraustiimiä

Job description

Välinehuoltaja tunturiin talvikaudelle 2026-2027 – tule mukaan huippuporukkaan! We are seeking a motivated and proactive equipment technician for Levi Ski Resort’s rental and equipment maintenance for the winter season 2026-2027. The role involves servicing ski, snowboard and cross-country ski equipment, and working as part of Finland’s leading ski resort’s skilled team. Duties include customer service, rental operations, and other versatile rental shop tasks. You will join Levi Ski Resort’s gear maintenance and rental team, with daily tasks including servicing ski, snowboard and cross-country ski equipment, receiving and preparing gear for use, customer service and rental operations, monitoring gear condition and maintaining the inventory, and other varied rental shop duties including high-level equipment servicing for competitive alpine and cross-country gear. You will work with top-of-the-line maintenance devices and materials and be responsible for the performance of equipment for amateur and competitive athletes alike. The position offers an excellent opportunity to deepen expertise in winter sports equipment maintenance up to competition level. Every day is different, working with both domestic and international customers.

What we expect from you?

• Prior experience with maintenance of ski, snowboard and cross-country ski equipment, both manual and machine-based, and knowledge of high-level gear.
• Basic knowledge of winter sports equipment and local services.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work seasonally, evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Bonus if you have wheel maintenance skills or other technical gear maintenance experience.

Employment details:

fixed-term contract from around November 2026 to April 2027, average 37.5 h/week, salary in accordance with ski resort collective agreement, employer: Oy Levi Ski Resort Ltd. Accommodation is vendor-arranged if needed; start and end dates set per season. The role is based at Levi in Kittilä, Finland.
