Job summary

Enersense Engineering is seeking an Engineering Lead for a client in Helsinki, Finland. The role starts as soon as possible and focuses on leading multidisciplinary engineering activities to deliver a large brownfield tank renewal project.

You will work closely with the Project Manager to define scope, plans and schedules, coordinate resources, and drive execution across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation and process engineering.

Qualifications

• Requires relevant engineering degree and extensive experience in large-scale industrial/brownfield projects.
• Proven leadership, communication and coordination skills are essential.
• Ability to plan resources, schedules, and manage multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for coordinating the project's engineering activities with the Project Manager
• Lead and coordinate across civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, automation and process engineering
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, engineering plans and schedules
• Plan engineering resources in cooperation with disciplines
• Lead the engineering team and allocate tasks
• Support concept development during pre-engineering
• Coordinate with site organization to resolve cross-discipline challenges
• Oversee tanks, pumps, piping, valves and process equipment engineering
• Manage engineering documentation and report progress
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
