Job summary

Valmet Technologies Oy in Vantaa, Finland, seeks a Product Sales Manager for winders to drive modernization sales across the EMEA region from our Vantaa office.

You will collaborate with local sales teams to identify customer needs, develop technical and commercial solutions, and lead projects, audits, negotiations, and quotations. Travel up to 80 days yearly across Europe is required.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in mechanical engineering, process or paper technology, automation, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, management, R&D, sales or similar tech-focused environment.
• Deep knowledge of winder technology, products and solutions.
• Fluent English; Finnish/Swedish or other language is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 80 days per year across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Drive winder modernization sales across EMEA with local sales teams.
• Identify customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions.
• Lead sales projects, technical audits, applications, negotiations and timely quotations.
• Collaborate with Mill Sales Managers, capital sales teams, sales support, engineering specialists, and technology experts.
• Maintain customer relationships and accurate sales reporting.
