Job summary

Kemira is seeking a Sr Business & Market Development Manager for its Packaging & Hygiene Solutions unit. The role is based in the EMEA region, preferably in Helsinki, Finland, with hybrid work options and international travel.

You will drive growth plans, manage a robust opportunity pipeline, and lead cross-functional teams to commercialize new products across the packaging spectrum. You will partner with sales, product lines, and development to ensure customer value propositions are delivered

Qualifications

Proven experience in business and market development in an international B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of packaging, chemicals or related industries is preferred.
Ability to turn market insights into business cases and growth initiatives.
Track record of commercializing new products and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

Develop growth plans for the region and segments with cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain a pipeline aligned with strategic priorities.
Translate market trends into actionable growth opportunities and business cases.
Lead commercialization of new products from concept to market launch and adoption.
