Job summary

ETS-Lindgren in Eura, Finland, is seeking an EMC Engineer to join the global EMC system team. You will collaborate with the sales and project execution teams during pre- and post-sales activities and support design, testing, and integration at customer sites across Europe.

You will perform chamber verification, support ISO 17025 processes, and develop documentation and software profiles for EMC systems. Travel up to 70% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training.
• Experience with TILE! Software is an asset.
• Prior experience with RF Measurement Software (EMQuest, EMC 32 or other) is an asset.
• Use CAD/engineering design software and equipment for essential tasks.
• Proficient with test equipment such as vector network analyzers, signal sources, amps, and measurement software.
• Ability to read and interpret scientific/technical journals and reports.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of time (primarily Europe).

Responsibilities

• Support sales & marketing to grow test and measurement sales with technical pre-sales support.
• Train internal and external customers on software and EMC systems.
• Provide on-site support to service, including shield testing and installation.
• Design, document, and profile EMC systems.
• Pre-integration of EMC systems and on-site integration at customer sites.
• Perform chamber verification testing and support ISO 17025 accreditation.
