Job summary

Konecranes seeks an Embedded Linux Platform Specialist to extend an existing Linux platform and CI/CD practices across Port Solutions. You will learn the current solution, develop it further, and help other teams adopt the platform.

You’ll collaborate with Finland and Europe, contribute to OS updates, packaging, and CI/CD, and travel occasionally. This is a full‑time, hybrid role, with onboarding in Hyvinkää.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on Linux expertise with OS updates, packaging and platform maintenance.
• Experience in industrial IT, OT environments or comparable settings.
• Fluent English communication; other EU languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extend and maintain an ISAR/Yocto based Linux platform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Finland and European teams to meet platform needs.
• Learn existing solution and adapt it for other teams and products.
• Support onboarding and provide knowledge sharing across cultures.
