Job summary

Framery Oy is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to design software and data capture algorithms for Framery smart pods and sensor devices. You will join a proactive team, own features, and validate solutions with strong technical independence.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware testing, collaboration, and impact on global customers in flexible hybrid work in Tampere, Finland. English fluency is required; Finnish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Zephyr RTOS and embedded Linux on devices.
• Strong C and Python programming skills.
• Experience with IoT networking: MQTT/AMQP.
• Self-driven with ownership of solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Finnish a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and data capture algorithms for Framery smart pods and sensor devices.
• Own features from concept to validation with the team.
• Validate solutions and make independent technical decisions.
• Collaborate across hardware and software to ship reliable solutions.
• Support hands-on hardware testing and debugging in the office.
