Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics or related field.
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with embedded control or automation systems.
- Good communication skills and English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support remotely or on-site.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex automation issues.
- Conduct site surveys, commissioning support, and field investigations.
- Analyze field issues in automation laboratory using test environments.
- Manage engine automation software configurations and upgrades.
- Prepare technical documentation and surveys.
