Qualifications

• Background in electronics product development, including analog, digital, PCB, or power electronics design.
• Ability to design electronic circuits using tools such as Cadence, OrCAD, Mentor PADS, or similar.
• Familiarity with circuit simulation tools.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
• Good communication skills in English and a basic command of Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Design electronic circuits and PCB layouts to support new and existing drive products.
• Develop digital, analog, and power electronics solutions that deliver reliable product performance.
• Build, test, and validate prototypes to ensure designs meet technical and quality requirements.
• Create technical documentation and test specifications that support efficient product development.
• Collaborate with engineers, validation specialists, sourcing teams, and external partners to solve technical challenges and bring new solutions to market.
