• Manage subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works.
• Manage labour resources to align with programme requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site.
• Ensure materials and plant meet specifications and are stored safely.
• Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment are certified and fit for use.
• Identify and notify project management of variations and delays.

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our project team in Vaasa. This is a site‑based role responsible for overseeing electrical works, coordinating site activities, and ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.

• Liaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors
• Prepare and manage two‑week look‑ahead schedules in line with the project programme
• Attend daily and weekly site meetings
• Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site
• Ensure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely
• Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use
• Identify and notify project management of variations and delays
