Job summary

Tekniq is seeking Electrical Site Supervisors and/or Commissioning Engineers to join our growing project teams across Finland. You will play a key role in delivering electrical installations, commissioning activities, and site operations on energy, industrial, and data centre projects.

You will collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to maintain high safety and quality standards, while traveling to project sites and progressing from installation through commissioning

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant technical discipline
• Experience with electrical systems and installations in industrial, power generation, energy, or infrastructure environments
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, technical plans, and documentation
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites across Finland
• Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good problem‑solving abilities in a project‑driven environment
• Basic Finnish and good English communication skills

In this role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of complex electrical installations, commissioning activities, and site operations. This position involves working primarily on project sites throughout Finland and therefore requires flexibility to travel based on project needs. Your Key Responsibilities
