Job summary

Fourblue is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead the electrical scope on major construction projects across Europe. You will own delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover, coordinating with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, subcontractors and client representatives.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in Electrical Package Manager roles, proven main contractor experience, and strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder-management

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in an Electrical Package Manager / Electrical Project Manager position.
• Proven experience working for a main contractor or large construction contractor.
• Strong experience managing electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Experience delivering major electrical projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, coordination and site delivery.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Electrical trade or engineering background would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical professional to take ownership of the electrical package and play a key role in the delivery, coordination and successful completion of major projects.

The Role

The Electrical Package Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery of the electrical package on site, working closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
