Job summary

Fourblue is seeking an Electrical Package Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a major European data centre project on site. You will own the electrical package from design coordination and procurement through to installation, testing and handover.

You will work with a skilled project team to deliver a technically complex facility, manage subcontractors and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and provide weekly reports on progress and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical subcontractors, site teams and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and client to ensure programme delivery.
• Manage package costs, labour, materials, plant, procurement, variations and valuations.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower levels and progress against programme.
• Oversee snagging, quality inspections and close-out activities.
• Produce weekly cost and progress reports, highlighting risks, delays and project milestones.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics and resource planning.
• Attend project, engineering, coordination and handover meetings.
