Job summary

Cititec is seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager for a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland. You will manage delivery of electrical packages from installation through testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget adherence and quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating sub-contractors and site teams, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Electrical Engineer or Electrical Package Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Data centre experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, power distribution, testing and commissioning.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project programmes and technical interfaces.
• Relevant electrical or engineering qualifications.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job Specification – Electrical Package Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of electrical packages from installation through to testing, commissioning and handover, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of electrical packages, including power distribution, LV/MV systems, generators, UPS, containment and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams to ensure efficient installation and programme delivery.
• Monitor progress, quality, health and safety, and compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Oversee inspections, testing, commissioning activities, technical documentation and final handover.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, manage interfaces with other disciplines and report progress to senior project management.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with project schedules, budgets and client requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer, Electrical Package Manager or Electrical Construction Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Previous data centre experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, power distribution systems, testing and commissioning.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project programmes and technical interfaces.
