g2 Recruitment client seeks an Electrical Construction Manager to join a permanent Finnish project supporting a major data centre. You will work with project leadership, site teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure delivery of electrical installation works to high quality, safety, and schedule standards, complying with project specs and local regulations.

You will own electrical delivery, manage subcontractors, oversee quality control, health and safety, and programme performance within a

Competenze

• Strong electrical construction background within the construction industry.
• Experience working for a main contractor, general contractor, or major MEP/electrical contractor.
• Proven experience managing electrical installation works on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• EU Passport is required.
