Job summary

Enersense International Oyj seeks an Electrical Construction Manager to oversee electrical construction on Data Centre projects across Finland. You will manage QA, schedules, and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance while reporting variances and facilitating close-out deliverables.

The role requires 5+ years in electrical construction on large-scale facilities, LV/MV system knowledge, and strong leadership. Finnish language is a plus; immediate start for a permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Relevant Electrical qualification essential (City & Guilds / HNC/BTEC / NVQ).
• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction roles on large-scale projects (data centres, industrial, pharma, or mission-critical).
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, QA, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager and ensure works meet high standards.
• Oversee project schedule with Project Team and prepare two-week look-aheads.
• Ensure labour resources are planned and maintained per project requirements.
• Supervise subcontractor activities and monitor progress against schedules.
• Identify and report variations and delays to Project Management.
• Verify plant and materials delivered meet specifications and are stored safely onsite.
• Support project close-out including O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA files, and handovers.
• Enforce Health & Safety requirements and promote safe working practices.
• Drive continuous safety improvements and maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with Package Managers to develop and implement company procedures.
• Manage change control to capture and address cost and programme impacts.
• This role offers ownership of critical electrical construction activities for major projects.
