Qualifications

• Education in the electrical field or relevant work experience.
• Good collaboration skills and customer-service mindedness.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to serve customers in both domestic languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in relation to connection matters via email, phone and our ordering system.
• Perform technical checks on new production and consumption connections and define requirements for our partner network.
• Collaborate with internal experts and a capable partner network.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the connections services team and customer experience.
