Job summary
Umicore is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for the Battery Metals Refining site in Finland. You will develop, implement, and continually improve the H&S management system to protect employees, contractors, visitors and the surrounding community.

Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's in OHS/Engineering/Environmental Sciences.
- Professional H&S qualifications are an advantage.
- 5–7 years in H&S management within manufacturing or high‑risk environments.
- Experience leading investigations and risk management programs.
- Fluency in English and Finnish.
Responsibilities
- Lead site Health & Safety strategy and improvement roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with Finnish legislation and Umicore EHS standards.
- Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Partner with operations to embed safety in daily work.
- Develop and deliver H&S training and campaigns.
- Prepare for audits and report safety KPIs.
