Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Environmental, Health and Safety to lead EHS programs at the LPP Data center in Finland. You will manage environmental permits, ISO 14001 and Seveso compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across offices and time zones.

You will partner with global EHS networks to share best practices, coach stakeholders, and drive safety initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years of experience in environmental health and safety.
• Experience in communicating with Finnish national and local authorities regarding EHS issues, such as permits.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with cross-functional partners.
• Manage Environmental, Health & Safety programs for the LPP Data center in Finland and oversee permits and regulatory compliance.
• Provide program leadership on new EHS initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with global EHS networks to share best practices and coordinate regional/global safety initiatives.
