Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in the management of teams performing installation, maintenance, or upgrade work in data center or business-critical facilities.
• 7 years of experience in HVAC, electrical, controls, water chemistry, generators, or other similar technical domains.
• 5 years of experience in data centers, hospitals, hotel industry, power plants, High Voltage (HV) electrical substations, or other mission-critical facility maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor facilities team to ensure reliable data center operations.
• Ensure uptime, safety standards, and environmental compliance across sites.
• Develop cost-saving approaches and improve overall data center efficiency.
