Job summary
Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join our on-site team delivering data centre projects across Europe.
You will ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, lead the on-site EHS team and drive a proactive safety culture across all disciplines. Responsibilities include developing risk assessments, safe plans of action, and method statements, coordinating audits, and maintaining excellent client relations while delivering industry-leading
Qualifications
- Qualified in EHS with NEBOSH or similar.
- Experience managing EHS on large construction projects.
- Ability to lead an on-site EHS team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Adhere to project safety plans and management systems.
- Lead development of risk assessments and safe plans of action.
- Implement good safety practices on site.
- Manage EHS team on the project.
- Grow safety culture across disciplines.
- Maintain positive client interactions and observe feedback.
- Deliver safety information sessions to all levels.
- Perform regular site audits and correct actions.
