Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an EHS Adviser to join the Helsinki site on a full-time basis. You will support the project management team and site safety lead, ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety plans, and help drive a proactive safety culture across a major data centre project.

The role requires at least 3 years in an EHS role on large-scale projects, NEBOSH or equivalent, strong English, and excellent reporting and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an EHS role within large-scale construction or industrial projects
• Third-level qualification in Health & Safety or related discipline
• NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent is a nice to have
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and implementing EHS documentation (method statements, risk assessments, permit-to-work, COSHH)
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and best practices

Responsibilities

• Support the Project management team and Site Health & Safety lead
• Adhere to Safety Management system and statutory provisions
• Review method statements, risk assessments, permits to work and COSHH assessments
• Carry out site audits and inspections and follow up on corrective actions
• Maintain records of statutory inspections and training coordination
