Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join our team delivering high‑risk, data centre construction projects across Europe.

You will oversee health, safety and environmental compliance on site and lead the EHS team to uphold industry-leading safety standards. The role requires NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to implement IMS, risk assessments, and audits.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or equivalent Environmental, Health & Safety qualification required.
• Extensive experience managing EHS on large construction projects.
• Experience leading an EHS team and delivering project milestones.
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM360 Field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current EHS legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation on site.
• Lead EHS team and promote safety culture across disciplines.
• Develop and review task-specific risk assessments and permits to work.
• Conduct regular site audits and drive corrective actions.
• Engage with clients on safety observations and improvements.
• Deliver safety information sessions across the project.
