Job summary

Nokia is seeking a Head of ECE Contract Management in Espoo to lead all contractual activities within the Portfolio Business People unit. You will guide strategy, negotiate complex deals, and ensure lifecycle excellence while aligning with legal and policy standards.

The role requires a top-tier background in contract management, leadership, and risk mitigation, with deep experience in technology contracts within telecom or IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or finance; advanced degree/qualification desirable.
• Minimum 10+ years in contract management, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience with complex technology contracts in telecom, enterprise networking, or IT solutions.
• Proven negotiation and management of high-value contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end ECE contract lifecycle.
• Develop and implement ECE contract strategies and policies.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Mentor and develop the ECE contract management team.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and project teams on negotiations.
