Job summary

NTU International is seeking a Non-Key Expert – Space Applications Expert, Earth Observation & Copernicus, to support the development and uptake of EO services and Copernicus-based solutions for Africa-EU space cooperation. The role focuses on leveraging Copernicus data to address climate, environmental and development priorities in Africa.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in geomatics, remote sensing, environmental science, meteorology, engineering, or related field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be asset.

Responsibilities

• At least 4 years of professional experience designing or delivering Earth Observation services and applications, preferably using Copernicus data and products, in areas such as early warning, climate, environment, agriculture, water or biodiversity.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Earth Observation, geospatial services, remote sensing and/or climate/environmental services.
