Pincho Nation Finland is seeking a friendly and reliable dishwasher to join our kitchen team in Lahti. You will wash and sort dishes, keep the area tidy, and ensure clean items are available for the kitchen and dining area during service.

We value a positive attitude, hard work, and teamwork. Prior dishwashing experience helps, but the right mindset and willingness to learn are most important. Evening and weekend shifts are common.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen preferred.
• Good hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
• Reliable and team-oriented.

• Washing and sorting dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment
• Keeping the dishwashing area clean, organised, and running efficiently
• Making sure clean dishes are available to the kitchen and restaurant during shifts
• Helping with basic cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards
• Keeping up with the pace during busy service
• Supporting the kitchen and service team wherever needed

At Pincho Nation, the dishwasher is a key part of the restaurant team. You help keep the kitchen running at full speed by making sure plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment are clean and ready for the next round.

We dont expect you to know everything from day one. What matters most to us is the right attitude, a willingness to work hard, and being a great team player. The rest can be learned on the job.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Washing and sorting dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and kitchen equipment


• Keeping the dishwashing area clean, organised, and running efficiently


• Making sure clean dishes are available to the kitchen and restaurant throughout the shift


• Helping with basic cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards


• Keeping up with the pace during busy service


• Supporting the kitchen and service team wherever needed


• Making sure the restaurant team always has what they need to keep the service moving
