Job summary

Elomatic is seeking an experienced Director to lead our Marine PMO and develop project operations within the Marine Business Unit. You will oversee the project portfolio, guide a ten-person team, and collaborate with sales and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality projects across international teams.

The ideal candidate holds a BSc/MSc in engineering, has 10+ years in marine project leadership, and can drive study and pre-engineering work while traveling globally when

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in engineering or technology.
• 10+ years in marine project leadership roles.
• Ability to lead study and pre-engineering projects.
• Strong project management skills incl. resource and time management.
• PM certificate preferred.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Willingness to travel globally occasionally.
• Experience working in a global operating environment and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project portfolio as Marine PMO and lead project operations.
• Develop and mentor the project operations team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and clients to drive growth.
• Support recruitment and subcontracting decisions within the team.
