Qualifications

• Experience at Director level in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent role in a technology advisory practice.
• Ability to originate high-value advisory engagements and lead revenue growth through proposals.
• Shaping strategic initiatives and go-to-market offerings in Data & AI, IT Value Transformation or Cyber Security.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement with senior decision-makers and cross-functional leadership.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to expand Wayfinders market presence and revenue streams.
• Lead the creation of compelling proposals and client presentations to generate consulting revenue.
• Drive delivery of large, multi-disciplinary engagements with senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor consultants and promote a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and offerings, and collaborate with Fujitsu to integrate capabilities.
