Fujitsu Finland is seeking a Director, Strategy & Operating Model Consulting to build and lead the Wayfinders Finland capability from the ground up. You will define propositions, recruit top talent and establish trusted advisor relationships with Finnish organisations.

You will work closely with AI, data, Change Management and Technology teams to deliver end-to-end operating model transformations, process redesigns and strategic roadmaps for clients across retail, manufacturing, and public

Qualifications

• Director-level experience within a leading management consulting or transformation advisory practice.
• Proven track record of selling and delivering consulting engagements.
• Expertise in operating model design and business process transformation.
• Experience advising senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the Strategy & Operating Model consulting capability in Finland.
• Define market propositions and consulting offerings.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing consulting team.
• Develop methodologies, frameworks and reusable consulting assets.
• Contribute to the wider European Wayfinders consulting agenda.
• Support the development of innovative AI-enabled consulting approaches.
