Job summary

Original Sokos Hotel Vantaa is seeking an experienced dining room manager to join the hotel’s restaurant team. The role covers all hotel restaurants: Amarillo, Rosso Pizza, Tulisuudelma, Pub Hertas and Night Vantaa.

The position is permanent and part-time (90 hours/3 weeks). You will manage the shift as a front‑line supervisor, organise rosters, and ensure smooth, high‑quality service in a busy environment, contributing to memorable guest experiences. You will report to the restaurant manager.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in restaurant supervisory roles.
• Excellent attitude and customer service mindset.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team by example.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Beverage expertise.
• Experience in à la carte dining.
• Ability to lead a shift and organise work efficiently even in busy moments.
• Hygiene and serving-pass is required.
• Finnish language proficiency.
