Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Simulation & Digital Twin Engineer to develop and deploy simulation environments across Ports Solutions. You will ensure product teams have access to high‑quality, realistic simulation solutions to accelerate development and improve software quality.

Working with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and related tools, you will build reusable components and workflows, integrate control software and PLCs for HIL/SIL validation, and train colleagues while developing common

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
Several years’ experience with industrial systems or simulation technologies.
Strong Python programming skills and knowledge of testing/validation methods.
Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain simulation models and environments using Omniverse and Isaac Sim.
Create reusable simulation components and workflows across products and projects.
Support integration of control software and PLCs into simulation environments for HIL/SIL validation.
Train colleagues and contribute to shared simulation methods across the organization.
Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders across international projects.
