Job summary

Securitas Helsinki is seeking a Campus Security Manager to lead a team of site security personnel across one or more datacenters. You will develop leaders, manage security operations, and partner with regional leadership to drive safety, audit readiness, and high service standards.

The role requires at least four years in security, four years in management, and an associate degree in Security or Business Management; a bachelor’s degree and CPP/PSP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of experience in the security industry.
• Four+ years in a management role.
• Associate degree in Security Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Datacenter experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
• CPP or PSP certifications preferred.
• This role involves travel (~10%).
• Occasional nights and weekends may be required.
• Must have English proficiency, reliable transport, and legal right to work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage physical security operations across multiple critical infrastructure facilities.
• Develop and grow site security personnel; support recruiting, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Drive safety as a core operational priority and implement safety programs.
• Plan, assign and oversee security projects and daily tasks; monitor program effectiveness.
• Engage with clients and leadership; communicate risks, accomplishments, and concerns.
