Job summary

Telia Finland is seeking a Data Governance Specialist to safeguard and optimize customer data across Telia's services. You will support the development of governance models, processes and practices, coordinating data management with business and IT teams, and ensuring data catalogues, metadata and lineage are robust and accessible.

The role requires a Master’s degree, fluency in Finnish and English, strong communication and stakeholder skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, information technology, computer science, or another relevant discipline.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and development of Telia Finland’s data governance models, processes and practices.
• Coordinate data management development with business, IT and Group Technology.
• Maintain data catalogues, metadata and data lineage solutions and support their utilization.
