Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting an experienced Cx QAQC Lead for construction projects to join our Data Centre team in Oulu, Finland. The role requires close liaison with Client representatives and coordination with Contractors and Consultants on-site.

You will plan QC resources, approve ITPs, lead weekly QAQC meetings, and ensure quality dossiers and drawings are properly handled. On-site availability is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is beneficial.
• 10–15 years’ experience in Data Center facility maintenance, operation and/or construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Project/Word) required.
• Experience with online document management applications is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• QAQC qualifications and PM consulting experience with large-scale projects are preferred.
• On-site availability for project work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Client’s representative to fulfil project quality requirements.
• Establish and maintain coordination with Contractors and Consultants on-site.
• Plan and allocate QC resources for on-site and off-site inspections.
• Perform audit/field inspection to Contractors as requested by Client.
• Review and/or approve ITP and Checklist.
• Lead QAQC meetings with Contractors weekly and with internal QC personnel.
• Generate weekly QC reports and Daily QC reviews.
• Ensure quality dossiers are uploaded into Client’s documentation system.
• Validate or review As-built drawings generated by Contractors.
• Conduct performance evaluations for QC personnel as planned.
