Job summary

Enersense Oyj is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead civil, structural, and architectural works within data centre projects across Finland. You will oversee project delivery, managing schedules, costs, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate has 8-15 years of experience in CSA or project management with large-scale projects, preferably in data centres. Strong leadership skills and effective communication in English are required. The position is permanent, with a start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in CSA, construction or project management roles.
• Proven experience delivering CSA scope within large-scale construction projects.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full CSA scope from design through procurement to handover.
• Take ownership of CSA project delivery, including schedule and cost.
• Coordinate closely with MEP, design teams, and client representatives.
