Enersense Engineering is currently seeking CSA Project Managers to support our clients Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.
As CSA Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works within data centre construction projects. The role includes full ownership of scope, schedule, cost, quality and stakeholder coordination, ensuring successful project execution in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full CSA scope from design through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover
- Take ownership of CSA project delivery, including schedule, cost, quality and safety performance
- Develop, monitor and drive the project schedule in collaboration with planners and other disciplines
- Track costs, manage budgets and oversee variations/change management related to CSA scope
- Coordinate closely with MEP, design teams, consultants and client representatives to ensure seamless project integration
- Act as a key interface with clients, consultants and senior stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and reports
- Lead and manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring performance aligns with project requirements and timelines
- Resolve technical and site issues in a timely and structured manner
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
- Drive effective communication and coordination across all project stakeholders
Requirements
- 815 years of experience in CSA, construction or project management roles
- Proven experience delivering CSA scope within large-scale construction projects; data centre or mission-critical experience is preferred
- Solid understanding of construction processes, sequencing and project lifecycle management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Leadership and team management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Experience in scheduling, planning and progress reporting
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-demand project environments
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Valid working permit or EU citizenship required.
