Job summary

Enersense Oyj is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager (Civils) to support a major data centre construction project in Helsinki, Finland. You will manage the civil and structural elements of CSA works, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of construction activities.

The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of experience in civil construction management, particularly in large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of Health and Safety management is essential. This role is full-time and permanent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years experience in CSA or civil construction management roles.
• Experience delivering data centre or complex industrial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and site logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage coordination of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
• Lead site safety in coordination with Project Manager and HSE team.
• Promote Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
