Qualifications

• Requires degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• Data Centre project experience preferred.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Mechanical or MEP roles is required.
• Strong IT and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support to construction team across QS functions.
• Identify commercial risks and report to management.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variations, and claims.
• Manage subcontractor accounts from award to final account.
• Forecast turnover and project cash flow.
• Ensure contractual compliance and reporting accuracy.
• Mentor on-site commercial team and coordinate with procurement.
